What we collect
We collect your name and email address when you join the waitlist or activate a membership. Nothing else is requested and nothing is collected without your knowledge.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to manage your membership or waitlist position and to send you intelligence briefings and account communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. There are no advertisements on this site and no advertiser has any access to your information.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@stablewhispers.co.uk and we will action your request within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Terms of membership
Access
Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or redistribute any content from the platform in any form.
Geographic eligibility
Membership is open to residents of countries where Betfair Exchange (betfair.com) is legally accessible. This includes, but is not limited to: United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Gibraltar, Malta, and the majority of European Union member states. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing Betfair Exchange is lawful in your jurisdiction before joining. Stable Whispers accepts no liability for membership taken out in a territory where Betfair Exchange is restricted or prohibited. This list is subject to change as Betfair’s licensing position evolves; we recommend verifying your eligibility directly with Betfair if you are in any doubt.
Billing and cancellation
Membership is billed monthly or annually as agreed at the point of invitation. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the billing period. Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days. We reserve the right to amend pricing with 30 days’ notice.
Nature of the service
Stable Whispers provides racing intelligence for informational purposes only. It does not constitute betting advice and carries no guarantee of outcome. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All betting decisions are made solely at your own risk. This service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
